Features

Seven compartments, one Kastl.

Every compartment is included in every tier. What the club doesn't need stays shut — and can be opened later without anyone changing a setting.

Members

The register is the foundation: joining date, position, contact, bank details. People who leave don't disappear, they move into the history.

Read the docs
  • Import from Excel and CSV, map the columns freely
  • Honours and anniversaries are calculated ahead
  • Membership application as a form to link to
  • Custom fields for what only your club needs
  • Groups and sections, multiple assignment possible
  • Birthday list and address labels to print

Events & tasks

Drill, training, meeting, turnout — with accept and decline. Tasks hang off the event, so by Friday it is clear who fetches the beer benches.

Read the docs
  • Accept, decline, maybe — right on the phone
  • Record attendance, statistics per member
  • Recurring events for training and rehearsal
  • Task with deadline, owner and a checkbox
  • Calendar subscription for phone, Outlook and family
  • Reminder two days ahead, automatically

Running the club

Committee, roles and permissions. Minutes, resolutions and elections live where a successor will still find them in five years.

Read the docs
  • Roles: chair, treasurer, secretary, equipment officer
  • Permissions per compartment, not guessed per person
  • Minutes with resolutions and attendance
  • Statutes, register extract, insurance policies
  • Terms of office with a reminder before the election
  • Handover to the successor in one step

Festivals

Marquee party, morning pint, tournament: shift plan, stall list, purchasing and settlement in one go. After the festival the result is there.

Read the docs
  • Shift plan with self sign-up and visible gaps
  • Stalls with their own takings and their own purchasing
  • Shopping list with last year's quantities
  • Helper hours per member, for the minutes
  • Settlement flows straight into the cashbook
  • Review: what was left over, what ran out

Cashbook

Income and expenses with a receipt photo and a category. The treasurer's report for the general meeting comes out as a file at year's end.

Read the docs
  • Receipt photo straight to the entry, no folder of slips
  • Bank import via CSV, reconciliation in one click
  • Several tills: bank, petty cash, festival cash
  • Budget per category with a warning when exceeded
  • Treasurer's report and year-end statement as PDF
  • Access for auditors, read-only and time-limited

Inventory

Equipment, jerseys, gear and traditional dress: who has what, since when, in which size — and when it was last inspected.

  • Issue and return documented per member
  • Sizes and variants, without a second list
  • Inspection and service intervals with a reminder
  • Purchase value and depreciation for the cashbook
  • Missing list before the drill or the competition
  • Photo on the item, so it is clear what is meant

Dues & invoices

Charge membership dues, tick off payments, send reminders. Open items at a glance instead of in the treasurer's head.

  • Dues groups: full, youth, family, honorary member
  • Annual charging for everyone in one pass
  • Invoice with the club letterhead, as PDF or by email
  • Payment reminder in a friendly tone, pre-written
  • QR code for paying on the phone
  • Open items by age, sorted by amount

SinfoniaOne

Does your club make music? Then SinfoniaOne.

A score archive with parts and sets, a marching book for the parade, sections and instruments — Vereinskastl can't do that, and it shouldn't. For wind bands there is a version of its own, on the same foundation and with the same care.

  • Score archive with text recognition
  • Marching book
  • Sections & instruments
