29 August 2026- The first release: Vereinskastl brings the work in your club together in one place — on your phone just as in the browser, and the same view for everyone in the club.
- Members: A register with joinings and leavings, club functions and subgroups. The app reports upcoming honours by itself, and a calendar shows who has a birthday and when.
- Appointments: Plan meetings, practices and performances, as a series too, with rooms and templates. Members accept or decline with a single tap — you see straight away who is coming.
- Tasks: Hand them out, set due dates, use series and templates. Everyone sees their own, the committee keeps the overview.
- Minutes: Write them right in the app, with two people at once as well, close them and share them with the club. Older minutes can be added as a PDF and are searchable afterwards.
- Festivals: Set up areas, products and suppliers, assign helpers in the shift plan — and after the festival the summary shows what paid off.
- Cash book: Income and expenses with a journal, several accounts and a budget. Photograph receipts while posting, charge membership fees, import bank statements.
- Club clothing: What the club hands out, who has it and what comes back.
- One account for two apps: If you already have an account for SinfoniaOne, you sign in here with it — a second one is not needed.
