From the club, for the club.

It started with SinfoniaOne, a management tool for wind bands. After the first months the requests came from others: from the fire brigade, from the sports club, from the parents' association. All with the same starting point — one Excel list at the secretary's, a second at the treasurer's, and nobody knows which one is current.

A wind band needs a score archive and a marching book. A sports club doesn't — it needs shirt sizes and a shift plan for the marquee party. That is why there are two products instead of one with twice as many switches. Vereinskastl is the version for every other club, on the same foundation and with the same app.

What we hold to

• Volunteering has no time for software
  Whoever runs the club on the side wants no training. What takes two moves must not take five.
• Small clubs pay nothing
  Up to 25 members everything is free — not as a teaser with an expiry date, but for good.
• The data belongs to the club
  Our own server in Austria, export any time, no passing on, no advertising, no third-party tracking.
• We build what several need
  Wishes land openly on the roadmap. What three clubs ask for independently comes next.
• A person answers
  No ticket number, no chatbot. The one who built the feature writes back.
